'Heroes'

'Heroes' is a visual photographic response to the theme of 'survivors of adversity.' Survivors of adversity are some of the most resilient people in society. Most are either working through their challenges on a daily basis or have learnt to live with their struggles. Losing somebody to suicide is perhaps one of the most heart wrenching experiences there is. Around this delicate topic, I created images around survivors of suicide to create this portfolio.
